PRIVACY

Your roster stays with you.

Your roster is processed and saved locally. No account or roster upload is required.

Names entered in the preview

Unadded drafts, including pasted or imported CSV text, save in this tab's session storage so they can be recovered after refresh or navigation. Adding the names or choosing Discard draft removes this draft; closing the tab normally ends its session, although browser session restoration may restore it. If session storage is blocked, the draft cannot be recovered. Names you review and add save in IndexedDB in this browser on this device, together with the room, seat assignments, class title, students marked absent, and optional furigana and student numbers. The application never submits roster content to a server, puts names in URLs, or sends them to analytics. Example names are fictional.

Website analytics and local files

This site uses Google Analytics to measure website visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page URLs, device information, and usage events. The application does not add student names, class titles, or roster content to analytics events. There is no server-side roster storage. Selected CSV files are read locally for an import preview and never uploaded. Draft CSV text is kept temporarily in the tab as described above. The saved roster contains reviewed student names, not the original file or unused columns. Fonts and interface assets are served with the site instead of requested from a third-party font provider.

Ordinary website requests

Your browser still requests pages and assets from the site host. A hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, and requested path according to its configuration and policies. Typed roster content is not part of those requests. Browser extensions and your device’s own services are outside this application’s control.

Local storage and recovery

Your saved roster survives refresh. A previous valid saved copy is kept locally for recovery if the current record becomes unreadable. Clear roster removes the roster and recovery copy. Clearing browser site data, using another browser, or leaving a private browsing session may remove or make your saved list unavailable. Local storage is not cloud backup. If saving fails, a visible notice offers retry or temporary tab mode.

Shared devices and support

Print, PDF, and PNG export happen in your browser. Classroom copies show names; blank and exam views show desk numbers instead. Teacher copies include a seat index. Check the selected view before sharing a file or printout. Session undo history is cleared on refresh and when the roster changes.

Anyone using the same browser profile may access the roster. Clear it when finished on a shared device. Use a device appropriate for your school’s data practices. Do not include student names, private notes, or identifiable charts in support requests. See the contact page for the current support status.
